power
Molten Mental Daggers
This telekinetic power creates invisible knives from the depths of his psyche that, like a knife can dig into the flesh of his opponents. Luc’s knives are noticeably denser and stronger than your average pocket knife which allows them to pierce not only were-animals, humans, witches, and shifters but also vampires and half vampires with their hardened skin. He does not need to touch his victim to cut them. With in arms length, it is as though his arm is the one cutting the individual but beyond it is like he is throwing his knife at the victim but beware, he is usually pretty good at hitting stationary targets with a few problems with those who are moving though he is constantly practicing knife throwing in his room at home with actual knives. Each dagger is limited to about eighteen inches of blade length and beyond that is when the imaginary 'hilt' his it's end. No matter how much Luc tries to force his mind to push it further once it’s hit the target it will not go on continuously. Though Luc can use more than one dagger, if starts to make him feel the burn when he summons more than three.
This ability is much like his father’s but the genetics from his mother created a power that is all that much more dangerous and the reason for the ‘burn’. Lucius’ daggers feel like they are mad of pure molten lava often reach temperatures of 2000˚Farenhet at its max. It hard from him to reach the maximum heat as it starts to burn at his fingers and face as though he were holding the knife in his hand but the reality of his brain being the source causes his face to burn. At its norm, the blades are about ten times cooler than the maximum heat.

history
The sixth and final child of Danna Deville is quite aware that he may not be the last but he had a good but short childhood which left him with his two parents prior to moving to New Orleans with his mother. Lucius had been the center of attention for his Vulcan brother and often played with them as he grew up. His father trusted them to corrupt him in the proper fashion—beyond that, they were somewhat away from the Devilles and a separation due to his mother’s loneliness seemed to show that there weren’t many more days that he would be with his entire family. His mother moved back with her other children to New Orleans while he stayed with his father for a long period of time- which happened to be not that long at all. He grew to look more and more like his brother, Gus and act more and more like his father. However, it wasn’t long before the world around him started to bore him. He was only a little bit under maturity when he lost his mother to her loneliness and now that he was almost an adult, he approached his father with the idea. He welcomed the preposition of going back to meet his mother and spend time with her but said that he would not come. He was securing the name Vulcan in his current home as almost a blossom from what he learned from Danna. Lucius was vaguely aware that Paul had the town between his fingers but he didn’t really have that much of a clue of just how powerful that was until he went to the town where he was no one.
Luc didn’t stay in the small town long but he grew as he stayed there and alone. He watched many shows while he was in the small town gathering as much information as he could before he went to meet his mother, not willing to look like a fool in front of her. He was a Vulcan and he was a Deville, he was a superior individual and he sure as hell wasn’t going to let there be a shred of doubt about that! As he learned, he studied more of the heinous torturing techniques that his parents had never brought before him, possibly to let him learn his own identity in torture technique and take over. One of his favorite torture styles was water torture, which he used at many times during his independent study, had a profound effect on the psyche of his test subjects—who were basically lab rats and meals in waiting. He took people and made them suffer until they broke; it was something that was most definitely an edge to be had in his future. His nerves were calmed in the quaint little town in the United States. He started to hear mothers warning their children to stay away from Mr. Vuville—a name he thought was a clever mixture of the two and a good alias to use instead of Lucius Deville- a name that would be far too obvious for police to trace. He couldn’t afford that as he didn’t have either sides of his family. He cut communication as he thought he could have a bit of independence for just a little while.
He discovered where he could place Deville industries and he had to appreciate it. He has not yet applied for a job but he knows that he will get one simply because of who he happens to be. It’s that or buy out another individual in the area for a business of his own. He hasn’t quite decided which he wants to do, but at the moment, he really wants to meet his mom once more and show her how much he’s grown. He has a lot to prove in his mind and he’s ready to prove it now.
