THE DEVIL'S STORYPreface: Every story has a beginning, and this one starts with the disastrous union of two despicable people.
Lucius Deville had left behind his bitter family in a small town called Forks, Washington at the age of seventeen and the success of Deville Industries was quick and lasting. In a matter of only a few years, Lucius was a well known man whore and business tycoon. At the age of twenty he was raking in millions of dollars a year. His handsome face was plastered all over tabloids, creating quite a scandalous reputation with young socialites and famed for ruining the innocent reputation of a popular actress. He was a horrible man, greedy and shallow and very much shameless when it came to his sins--a fact that scandalized and awed the world.
Victoria Truman was a jaded young girl, bored with her life in a small Californian town. Like her parents before her, Victoria wanted to be famous and to be somebody. Considering she grew up in a poor family, she was quite high maintenance and very mean to everybody, making her quite the unpopular little thing. She wanted to be adored all of her life, but her attitude problems kept this from becoming a reality. Victoria had high hopes, though, of marrying rich and living the life of a queen, a dream her parents shared with her.
It seemed to be destiny when Benjamin and Celeste Truman came upon Lucius Deville at a benefit gala one night. The two wanna-be actors tried smooth-talking the clever man who was far too smart for their games. They wanted to get in with Lucius’s crowd, to meet the right people and climb the social latter. As luck would have it, Benjamin and Celeste had brought their three children: Marcus, Gloria, and Victoria. Before he could completely turn away the Truman family in repulsion, twenty-seven year old Lucius laid eyes on the sixteen year old Victoria and made a deal with her parents.
Only two months later, everyone was getting what they wanted. Benjamin and Celeste were making the right connections to be set for life. Victoria was getting her rich husband and a perfect lifestyle that suited her well. Lucius had received a gorgeous wife for his arm and an interesting character to keep life from getting too dull. It was a match made in Hell, with the most beautiful and lavish wedding Los Angeles has ever seen. Dreams do come true if you’re just bad enough to make them happen. What no one had foreseen, though, was what horror and devastation this very matrimony would bring.

Chapter One: One year after marriage, on May the eighth, Victoria Angelique Truman Deville gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Victoria had not wanted children period, and Lucius had been counting on a boy, so the birth was a disappointment for both. Lucius would have to wait longer on his heir, and it meant to Victoria that she’d have to go through another nine months of torment before long. They named her Danna Regine Deville. Danna, because Victoria thought it was cute and pretty; Regine because Lucius found it to be a regal and respectable name.
What good Danna did bring to the couple was a bit of time in the spotlight. Tabloids were pleased to write about the Deville heiress and Lucius and Victoria were more than happy to parade their newborn around, and ooh and ahh over the beautiful green-eyed baby. To the press, they were loving and attentive parents. Away from the public eye, though, both were neglectful and had other things to worry about. Lucius had business to keep ahead in and mistresses to please. Victoria had money to spend and men to flirt with. The precious baby was left with nannies and maids who adored her and spoiled her in affection the way her parents spoiled her with material possessions.
The kindness of her nannies, though, did not create a soft spot for them in the heart of the young girl. When she was a toddler, she was just as demanding as her parents. When she wanted something, she normally got it. It was not until she was three years old that the help of Deville Manor understood the extremity of Danna’s control. During a tea party with Frieda, Danna wanted real cookies and real tea. Frieda refused politely, not wanting to create a mess in Danna’s beautiful room. Danna screamed at Frieda, the look in her wild green eyes terrifying the nanny, but not enough to stop her. Frieda ended the tea party early and refused the girl any sweets for the remainder of the day.
After pouting for a bit, Danna purposefully slammed her arm against the side of her bed, bruising it horribly. Victoria returned home hours later, arms full of shopping bags, and Danna rushed downstairs to meet her, in tears, claiming that Frieda wouldn’t stop hurting her, and had the bruise on her arm to prove it. In her first, and one of very few acts, of maternal instinct, Victoria swooped Danna up and called the police. Frieda was arrested and sent to jail, an act that alerted the entire house to just who was in charge. It was not Victoria or Lucius, who were almost always gone. It was their young daughter who always had her eye on them who truly ran the place.
Whenever someone disobeyed her, Danna would create a new injury and run crying to one of her parents. Police would be called and whoever the fool was was arrested and taken to court. Danna would waltz into courtrooms several times from ages three to five, forcing out pitiful tears and innocently tell a heart wrenching tale of abuse, all fictional, of course. The juries always believed her and everyone was always on her side. Of course, with so many cases of child abuse in one house, it made a person wonder. People were boycotting the services the Devilles hired from, assuming they were all child molesters and abusers. The maid and nanny services both met their downfall and what remained of the Deville staff lived in fear.
Only Lucius Deville placed his suspicions in the proper place. The man was smart, and though he was too busy to notice right off the bat, he began realizing just what a genius he had spawned. It was easy to spot the fear in his servants, more afraid of his five year old daughter than of him. It was almost shameful, had it not been for the immense pride and shock he felt. The child was brilliant, to say the least, and talented from a young age, very much gifted with the ability to lie and act. It was that night, watching his angelic child request (or rather demand) roast beef for dinner, and watching the horror and quick obedience of the house cook, that everything fell into place. The issues he and Victoria had recently faced with producing another child were irrelevant. He didn’t need a son, when he had already been blessed with a daughter far more advanced and talented than the average child.
From that day on, Lucius began paying Danna more attention, something that confused but pleased the young girl. He bought her anything she wished and spent as much of his free time with her as possible. He brought her with him to work, some days, and often enough shared his latest business ideas with her…Ideas of manipulation and corruption, hoping to feed her young mind and help her flourish into an amazing young woman. Danna was too young to be aware of her father’s plans for her, and was merely happy for his attention. He placed her in karate classes and worked very hard with her throughout elementary school to make her a dominant figure, a downright bully in a mostly non-physical manner. Danna took to her lessons well, spending her time humiliating and demeaning her classmates and very rarely getting caught doing so.
If a teacher did find out and she was ever punished, she and her father always made sure to get them fired.

Chapter Two: Junior high and high school seemed like prime learning opportunities for Danna in more than just mathematics and English. Lucius encouraged Danna to join many school organizations. Spanish, French, German, Italian, Greek, and Japanese classes would all make her very well rounded language-wise, and might come in handy one day. FBLA was the Future Business Leaders of America, something that would teach her business-skills. Speech and Debate was useful for public speaking and arguments. Continuing karate lessons taught control, and kickboxing lessons encouraged more wild and free fighting styles. Dance line kept her in more peer-oriented areas and her popularity remained high, even with her constant need for dominance among the student body. Her friendship with girls like Grace Hartford and Kelly North kept her at the top of the food chain, beloved and feared by many.
With the right friends and the looks of an angel kept her in the good graces of many. She used people and manipulated them very easily…But for those who went against her and betrayed her, she destroyed them socially. Sometimes, even managing to affect them closer than that. In eighth grade, for instance, when the dance line captain nearly kicked Danna off of the team for arguing with her over a dance routine, it was easy enough for Danna to go to her father who, in turn, persuaded a journalist friend to write a very nasty article revealing all too personal and shameful secrets of her family that destroyed her parents marriage and ran her father’s business into the ground. Needless to say, the girl left school and Danna took over the position of dance line captain. With such a powerful father, it was easy to affect the personal lives of people in certain aspects and thus made her a true threat to anyone.
Of course, this never stopped anyone.
At the age of thirteen, Danna got her first boyfriend, Patrick Fuller. A year later she gave him her virginity. Danna didn’t believe in love, but she sure as hell was not okay with being used. Patrick was on the football team, and so they seemed like a match made in Heaven with such high status in high school and in the real world with such wealthy parents…Then their incredible good looks. After three years of dating, though, and of her screwing around, she eventually discovered that Patrick was madly in love with her cousin Lissa, and he even dumped Danna a month before prom for her. Lissa had no interest in Patrick, but Danna quickly devised a plan to pay Patrick back for daring to dump her and wanting someone else.
Blackmailing Lissa, Danna managed to get her cousin to use Patrick…to date him and make him fall even deeper in love with her. On prom night, in front of everyone, Patrick proposed. Reluctantly, Lissa laughed at him and told him very nasty, mean things that only a mind like Danna’s could invent. Patrick was devastated and humiliated and left prom early. Lissa left in tears, ashamed of what she had done. Danna, on the other hand, won prom queen and felt very successful in herself. She had not only won high school’s biggest popularity contest, but she had also gotten her revenge on Patrick and on Lissa. Life was good.
At the age of seventeen, just months before graduation, Danna was in for the change of her life. Her father came home, right eager and excited. Danna was surprised when her father began promising her such perfect things such as beauty and strength and power…Immortality. Danna was beginning to worry about her father until he grabbed her and bit her. The feeling of it was amazing…Better than any high she had gotten during her drug experimentation sophomore year. Then, Lucius cut his wrist and poured his blood into his daughter’s mouth. She woke up hours later, feeling more alive than ever. She was a vampire now, Lucius explained. It seemed almost unreal, but as time went on and her thirst for blood grew, it was hard to deny.
Control was hard to come by, but she managed to get through the last month of school without slaughtering anyone. She graduated with honors and used her least favorite teacher as a snack afterwards, draining his body and burying him on the football field.

Chapter Three: Danna’s first couple of years as a vampire were spent in Los Angeles with her father. While Daddy worked, Daughter went out to play. The girl partied hard and tormented people the best she could, but the real world wasn’t high school and she wasn’t yet of her father’s infamy. People didn’t seem to care who she was, unless it was as the daughter of Lucius Deville, and this was something that bothered her. Danna decided to leave, wanting to make a name for herself all on her own. Amused by his daughter, Lucius agreed to let her have one of their family homes, Deville Manor in Forks, Washington. Forks was a small town, but it would work well enough for what she was hoping to accomplish. Sadly within days she had already made her first enemy: Larissa Goode. Danna’s ruthless killing of campers in the forest did not please Larissa or Larissa’s people. They were a small coven, but their numbers were greater than just Danna and it was easy for them to protect the humans of Forks from the dangerous vampire who didn’t feed just to feed, but killed often.
It was seeing the Goode Coven and how much they could do that inspired Danna. She wanted a coven of her own, but there weren’t many evil vampires around town (or many vampires period, at the time) to make it happen. It was in the forest one day, watching a man attempt suicide that she made the decision that if she couldn’t recruit, she’d create. The man was familiar was the local weatherman and Danna quickly did the process she knew would change the man into a vampire, then dragged him back to Deville Manor. When the man, Imperium Tempestas, awoke, Danna explained to him what he was and it didn’t take long for the promiscuous pair to end up in bed together.
The next morning, a call from her father alerted Danna to news. He had another daughter, younger than Danna, named Riley. A half sibling who Lucius wanted Danna to train, hoping to make a little army of Devilles. He figured if Danna was successful in her ventures, it wouldn’t be too hard to have Devilles literally take over the world. All he informed Danna of, though, was that Riley was coming to meet her and he wanted Danna to turn her and train her. Danna, the ever obedient daughter, followed orders and changed Riley upon arrival and added the girl to her small coven. Unfortunately, Danna soon found Imp and Riley to be annoying, and so she went in search of more vampires to be members…or at least more humans to change.
On one such occasion she found herself in werewolf territory, meeting a very violent and sexy man named Sivious Davek. He was intriguing, the way he killed his victims and he showed his interest in Danna very readily. The two discovered quickly a shared passion for destruction and Sivious’s wild fantasies of world domination were endearing. The amazing sex was another plus side to it all that made Danna fall even more quickly for the man.
After the addition of Sivious, a few more members joined Danna’s ranks. Raven Sterling, Cornelia Powers, and another half sibling named Judas Deville heard of the steadily growing coven of terrorists and were eager to join. None were particularly talented, but they were willing and Danna was just happy to have people willing to follow her and Sivious, who she had named second in command of her coven. After only a month of knowing the man in a very whirlwind romance, Sivious proposed and a month later the two were married in the backyard of Deville Manor. Lucius managed to make it to his daughter’s wedding, and though he disapproved of Sivious and thought his daughter could do better and despite the fact she seemed so against having children when he certainly wanted more heirs to the Deville throne, he walked her down the aisle and allowed his daughter one day of happiness.
Life didn’t stay good for very long, though. Only a month after returning from their honeymoon, Danna discovered Sivious’s history with Miss Cornelia Powers. The two had been together at one point…Being as Danna didn’t like not knowing things, and the fact that she was horribly suspicious of Sivious and Cornelia being alone together, she grew angry and attacked Sivious, causing Cornelia to attack her. For the first time since becoming a vampire she felt truly injured, though the weak hit from Cornelia could not have caused so much pain. It was her time in the bathroom that Danna discovered she was pregnant…only to discover only moments later that she had miscarried her baby. As opposed to children as the woman had been, in the brief moment she had known about the life inside of her, she had been happy…And at the loss of her unborn son, Curtis Damon Deville Davek, she was miserable.
More loss was suffered by the Deville family in the first month after Danna miscarried. Her sister, Riley, grew angry with Danna and plotted to kill the woman. Judas ratted her out and Danna called a meeting downstairs, a meeting where she confronted Riley. The new vampire attacked Danna, and while Riley was certainly strong, Danna easily overpowered her and killed her. Imp left the coven temporarily after that night. Not even a week later, Lucius pestering Danna about having another child was the last straw and Danna stormed out to suffer a bit of misery at a local night club where she cheated on Sivious for the first time with a man named Zane Santiago. That same night, Sivious and Lucius got into a fight over Danna, ending with Sivious murdering Lucius, telling Danna when she got back that it had been an accident and Sivious had accidentally killed Lucius while the two were arguing. Danna believed the very well delivered story. The death of her beloved father made the woman even more miserable.
Shortly after tragedy struck, Danna managed to find one more member for her coven, the first besides Sivious who truly impressed her, and he by far surpassed Sivious in that category. It was on a hunting trip around the mountain range that she met a man named Paul Vulcan who displayed a power that held more promise in it than Imp’s weather control or Sivious’s telekinesis. Mental daggers were perfect and violent and all too thrilling for the power hungry woman. To her luck, the man agreed to join her coven and produced her with more than just a fine weapon, but the most loyal of any coven member she would ever encounter.

Chapter Four: It was the manipulation of a girl named Linda Hill that truly brought Danna into the spotlight. The girl was an innocent young vampire in the Goode Coven who saw too much good in people. Danna was unknown enough for her to be able to fool Linda into thinking she wasn’t such a bad person, only had little control on her feeding habits. Linda happily befriended Danna and within a month, Danna had managed to get Linda to lure herself and her sister Sarah to Deville Manor. In the basement, Danna conducted her first true torture session. Linda and Sarah left the house horrified and in almost disbelief, but sharing their story with the Goode Coven invoked a stronger hatred than ever and really pushed the Goodes to the belief that the Devilles were something that the world needed to be rid of.
Small fights broke out between the covens, but the leaders were both too cautious to allow a full out war, especially around so many humans. This allowed a few short years of peace, something that Danna would soon come to be grateful for. Only two months after miscarrying, Danna became pregnant again. As a vampire, the pregnancy went quickly. She managed to keep herself out of harms way during the duration of her pregnancy, and at the end of five months, during a coven meeting, Danna went into labor in the basement of Deville Manor. There was no time to rush to a hospital, so her coven members had to stay around and help her deliver the beautiful baby boy whom she named Christian Sivious Deville Davek.
Much the way her pregnancy had gone, Christian grew fast. He was physically an adult in a matter of five years. Danna adored him and showered him in as much affection and attention as she could, but the death of her father had left Deville Industries in her hands, something she ran under the false name of Regina Blake, unsure she wanted her true name to be connection just now. Running a company and a coven left little personal time, but Danna spent as much time with Christian as possible. To Danna’s dismay, Sivious wanted nothing to do with their son, the beginning of the problems in their marriage. Luckily, almost everyone else seemed to adore Christian, including Imp and Paul who both seemed determined to train the boy and make him a proper Deville. It was Danna, though, who adored him and gave him more than anyone else could, and it was with that reason that Christian became very attached to his mother, and right from the start was a big momma’s boy.
Sadly, all of Christian’s childhood left Danna’s personal life and coven life in a mess. She constantly cheated on Sivious as punishment for the horrible way he treated their son, and in turn he began sleeping with Lilah Hardt, a woman Danna considered to be her best friend and her protégé--an older vampire, but one who Danna had taken under her wing shortly after Christianw as born. The two fought a ton, though Sivious still remained truly in love with Danna. As the two fought, though, they shared a common battle against the Goode Coven. The fights were breaking out more violently and more frequently now and they were on the verge of a war.
During her many affairs, though, one man stood out. A common friend led Danna to the leader of an Asian Coven called Nishimaru, led by a man named Zourok Inumi. In her war, Danna needed allies and she went to them for help. The two dealt with their business and a night of great sex later had Danna hooked. The two met up for a few one nighters before realizing their growing feelings. One day at the park with Christian, Danna ran into him and introduced him to her young son. Zourok was great with Christian and the revelation of Zourok screwing around with his coven members led to an insane jealousy that only a Deville can manage. Even though she still screwed around, she didn’t like Zourok doing it. The man agreed to stop and behind Sivious’s back she carried with Zourok not only a sexual affair, but an emotional one.
When Christian was four years old, physically in his teen years, Danna appointed him second in command of the Deville Coven, thus demoting Sivious (a fact that pissed him off, and made him hate their son more than ever). It was also during that time that the Witches had managed to concoct a potion that was able to change Vampires and Weres back into Humans. Danna managed to somehow contract this “illness” as people considered it (though it was a potion put in certain products that a large amount of population consumed, thus getting a hold of Danna). She fled, running off to Seattle so her enemies could not find her. No one at the time was sure how to cure what they believed was a disease, but Zourok found her and changed her back into a vampire, alerting the community that the condition was curable.
After years of small fights, the Devilles and Goodes faced each other in the deep forest of Forks. An all out battle ensued and the Devilles fought hard. It was the spill of blood of nearby campers that fuelled the insane thirst of some of the Goodes, causing half of the coven to rush forward and finish off the innocent humans. The “criminals” of the Goodes were ashamed and horrified with themselves, too devastated to continue to fight and the Devilles managed to beat back what was left of the Goodes. The Goode Coven fled and while they consider it to be an unfinished deal, Danna is more than happy to prove that the Devilles won that battle.
Only a few months after the battle, Danna discovered she was pregnant again, this time with Zourok’s child. The two agreed to let Sivious believe that the child was his. It made Sivious warmer towards Danna than he had been in years, to her surprise. He managed to protect Danna from several attacks from the Goode Coven, and after five months she gave birth to a baby girl named Sadie Lucinda Davek Deville (later changed to Inumi Devlle). For a few months life was peaceful. Sivious seemed to take to Sadie more than he had Christian, and Danna would bring Sadie over to Zourok’s apartment to visit her true father. It was an arragnement that was not meant to last. Zourok no longer wanted Sivious to play Sadie’s father. He and Danna fought over it and while Danna was in the bathroom, Zourok took Sadie and fled. When Danna discovered this, she immediately followed them.
Danna found them in a small town in Utah in the mountains. Sadie was hidden, leaving Danna to face Zourok. He had been living with Sadie in the mountains with a Mountain Witch named Rose, who disguised herself as the roses and let Zourok believe she was the roses. Zourok had about lost his mind the time Danna found him, and the two fought…First with simple arguing. Then the Witch took Zourok under her control, causing him to physically fight with Danna and finally ending with him raping her. Danna was strong, but Zourok was stronger, especially under the Witch’s spell. Once he had finished his job, the spell was broken and Zourok was devastated with what he had done, but not enough to let Danna go. He made her choose: Sivious and Christian or Zourok and Sadie. Christian was fully grown and Sadie was just a child…Danna knew Zourok to be quite the match for her…Just as strong and just as clever. Afraid of losing her baby girl who needed her mother, Danna agreed to follow Zourok to Anchorage.

Chapter Five: Life in Anchorage, Alaska was nothing like Danna was used to. The woman fell into depression quickly. She missed her son and her husband and her coven and even her reputation. She had none of that in Anchorage, and it seemed the very reason for agreeing to the terms turned out disastrous. Sadie and Danna did not quite ever see eye to eye. Sadie got along better with Zourok than anything. Sadie was a daddy’s girl much the way that Christian was a momma’s boy. For two years, Danna watched Sadie grow, so attached to Zourok and so far away from her. Danna tried to get along with Sadie, but the child always seemed to prefer her father. Danna and Zourok got into many arguments over this, and many other reasons.
Finally on one business trip to London, Zourok surprised her and proposed. As unhappy as she was, Danna was truly in love with him. She had never truly loved Sivious, though she had believed she was. As wrong as she and Zourok were for each other, she loved him. Shortly after the engagement, Danna’s mother Victoria showed up in their Alaskan home. This stunned Danna, who had not seen her mother since Victoria up and left when she was twelve. The two bickered at one another in good civilized fashion.
Only a week later, Danna returned to Forks to get a divorce from Sivious so she could marry Zourok. After getting Sivious to comply, she dropped by Deville Manor to see how her son was handling his role as coven leader. The coven was a mess -- all of her old members were gone and replaced by drinking pals of Christian. Christian was mad at her and had told everyone in her absence that she was dead. With Danna back, though, Christian too easily forgave her and everything fell back into place. Zourok, seeing how happy Danna was, agreed to move back to Forks, especially with Sivious now out of the picture. The two married two months after moving back to Forks. In that time, Danna cheated on Zourok for the first time since running off to Alaska with him.
It was at a strip club called Club Cuid Mohr. He told her his name was Sam and the two shared a very passionate and wild night. Right after that, Danna discovered by the necklace around his neck (a family heirloom) that the vampire man she had just slept with was her brother, Jonathon Bernael Deville. The man was vicious and Danna was just as bitchy, but both seemed to respect one another by their parting. Danna was not at all disturbed by the idea that she had slept with her own full brother. In fact, the very taboo of it made it all the more appealing to her. Still, Danna did not see him again until her wedding night.
Jonathon turned up to walk his sister down the aisle, something that surprised Danna, but pleased her as well. That day, while getting ready, Danna discovered she was pregnant again. Sadie found out and was upset, thinking Danna had cheated on Zourok. Danna and Sadie got into a big fight right before the wedding. Everything seemed nice and calm up through the reception until Danna discovered that Sadie had run away. Skipping their honeymoon, Danna and Zourok began a wild search for their missing daughter, just a child. They hunted and threatened and offered rewards for any bit of information of Sadie, but the girl had gone without a trace. Danna was devastated and it all put a very big strain on her and Zourok’s relationship.
After five months, Danna gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Hailey Katharine Inumi Deville. Zourok continued to search for Sadie, while Danna paid extra care to Hailey, not wanting to lose another child the way she had with Sadie. Zourok, however, could not be bothered with Hailey while he searched for his beloved Sadie. Danna helped where she could, but not nearly as intensely as Zourok did. In their strained relationship, Danna carried on a strong affair with her brother Jonathon. She missed Sadie and missed Zourok, but everything was starting to feel hopeless.
Hailey was fully grown at the age of five, like her siblings. It was that year that Danna Zourok faked his death. Danna was horrified and hurt beyond belief by the loss of her husband. She took comfort in the arms of her brother yet again, only to have Christian walk in on them. Luckily her son didn’t seem too disturbed by the idea of it. More loss was soon to come, though. Jonathon had fallen madly in love with a woman Danna hated, Naomi Samos, and he abandoned them all when the hatred between the women grew. Then, the man she was developing feelings for, Victor Ambrosia, up and left as well. The betrayal of her half sister, Casey (who was in a relationship with someone in an enemy coven) caused Danna to murder her, then after getting into a fight with Judas over how “dictatorial” she was, she killed him as well. Paul was gone, on some trip with his son…And it seemed everyone was gone. The woman was depressed and horribly bitter, but she refused to let it keep her down.

Chapter Six: It was not long after Jonathon’s departure that Danna discovered she was pregnant. She knew it was Jonathon’s child, but the time that Dominic Andreas Ambrosia Deville was born, she managed to pass him off as Victor’s child. She adored her son and was grateful that the incest he was conceived in did not do him any damage at birth. Needless to say, after a year when Jonathon and Victor returned, they were surprised to learn that Danna had bore another child. Danna consulted in Jonathon that Dominic was his child, and both agreed that Victor would be the father. Danna easily forgave Jonathon, as she did love him dearly. For the sake of her son, she forgave Victor. As good a daddy as Victor was, though, he up and left yet again without Danna ever discovering why. Jonathon stepped in to play father to Dominic, but would continue to pass off as a fatherly uncle. Once again, though, Jonathon left to be with Naomi. Danna was angered beyond belief, but moved on quickly to take care of her son.
Jonathon and Victor had reentered her life quickly, and left just as suddenly. Danna was wary the time Zourok returned. She had believed him to be dead for years when he turned up to Deville Manor. It was the anniversary of his death and she swore she was seeing a ghost. It took him a while, but Danna finally realized that it was indeed him. He had gotten amnesia and had wondered around until he found his memory. Danna was glad to have him back, but their daughter Hailey wasn’t so much. With Zourok back, so began the search for Sadie again. Zourok wasn’t happy at all with Danna having a child by another man, and it encouraged him further to find Sadie. Danna was just as happy to and within only a few months, they located Sadie in Akita, Japan. Danna threatened and forced Sadie to return to Deville Manor.
Sadie wasn’t all too happy, but Danna was thrilled to have all of her children under one roof again. She went back to happily killing and torturing people and doing her best to revive a good relationship with Sadie. Sadie was less than lively due to the fact she was being forced to stay in Forks against her will. Zourok was unhappy with the way Sadie was being treated, but there wasn’t much that could be done about it. Zourok began to bond with Sadie again while Danna went back to her life of training her children and coven in the ways of torture. It was easy to see, though, that Zourok did not quite approve of Danna’s methods. He had forced her to stop her affairs and was coming close to trying to force her to stop torturing and to let Sadie go and be free.
As much as Danna loved him, she hated who she was with him. Her pride was more important than her marriage. He had a power over her, with the feelings she had for him…With that love he had been able to force her into things that no one could ever force Danna to do. Forcing Danna to do anything was a miracle in of itself. So when Danna found herself moving to Anchorage because Zourok missed it, she knew something had to give. In the most heartbreaking moment of her life, she knew she had to rid herself of Zourok…And the only way he would leave for good was if she cheated on him again. Danna found two women at a bar and seduced them, having a very raunchy threesome in her and Zourok’s bed for the man to walk in the middle of. Zourok was pissed and ran off. Danna was depressed, but she knew it was for the best.
After Zourok left, Danna picked up her coven from their short stay in Anchorage and moved them all to Los Angeles, California. Danna was able to run Deville Industries from its main headquarters and in Los Angeles, there was plenty of trouble to stir up. Danna found plenty of easy victims and the large supernatural population meant easy access to starting fights and the murder of several humans in a week was perfectly natural for such a big city. It was the home that Danna had grown up in and they moved into her old house, one she named Lucifer’s Den in honor of her late father. She adjusted to the new home well with her family still mostly intact and began recruiting even more coven members.
Her son, Christian, even managed to get married, though the whole relationship was a joke. He seduced a young woman named Farrah, making her believe he was Prince Charming. Danna and her coven attended the wedding and Danna managed to screw her son’s best friend, Gerard Evans, and to destroy an entire hotel building by screwing her own coven member, Paul Vulcan. Paul and Danna’s rendezvous was a fucking meant for the history books. Only her blue high heels managed to survive the night, a fact she is quite proud of.

Chapter Seven: It wasn’t long after Christian and Farrah’s wedding that Danna discovered that she was, yet again, pregnant. Sadly with her promiscuous behavior, it was hard to know who the father was. It was between Paul, a Mexican, and two black bartenders. At the birth of her daughter, the race of the child made it very clear as to who she belonged to. Danna was relieved that the father of her newborn was Paul Vulcan, instead of any of the others, and proudly named her Alexis Genevieve Vulcan Deville. The house was so full of family members and coven members, it was easy to find babysitters for Alexis. Sadly, on the day of Alexis’s birth, another woman Paul had knocked up went into labor on the same day with twin boys, Augustus (Gus) and Anthony (Tony), who were also cared for in the house.
The stress of running a business and running a coven and taking care of such a large family was starting to get to Danna a little bit, but she pushed through. That was until Alexis was three years old and a tragedy struck that shook her entire world. She had been holding a coven meeting and Danna’s visiting, annoying cousin Abby was babysitting Alexis outside. While Danna was busy, Abby was playing hide and seek with Alexis. Abby went to go hide, leaving Alexis in the front yard to be attacked by a small group of shape shifters. There were three of them, all ganging up on Alexis. As the group attacked, Sadie noticed and flew outside to save her sister’s life. When Abby realized what was happening, she ran inside for help.
There was a small fire and two of the three shape shifters were no where to be found, as well as Sadie. Alexis was lying out the ground unconscious and bleeding. Abby declared that Sadie was dead and Danna fell apart. She gathered up Alexis in her arms and cried in the front yard of Lucifer’s Den. Alexis had lost so much blood, that Danna wasn’t sure she’d survive. Luckily a nearby Witch agreed to help save Alexis’s life if Danna took out the pack of shifters, one of the Shifters being someone the Witch had a vendetta with. Danna was more than happy to oblige. She kidnapped one of the children of the Shifters and tortured it in her home. She tortured the child for a week straight, inflicting every ounce of pain on the child that she could before sending its battered body back home. When the Shifters came to retaliate, the angry Danna and her vicious coven easily wiped them out. The Witch, in turn, concocted a potion that saved her daughter’s life.
That, however, was not enough to appease Danna. The loss of Sadie was too much to handle. The woman started hallucinating, seeing not only Sadie, but her unborn son Curtis, who looked remarkably like his father. Danna spent most of her days sleeping and was even upset enough to sign over her company to her mother and her half sister, Renee. Her whole family was worried about her, but it had been too much to deal with. Eventually, Jonathon returned and did his best to cheer Danna up. His presence alone was enough to get her out of her catatonic state, but not enough to cure her misery. At his urging, Danna left Los Angeles and took an extended vacation to Paris, France. There, Danna discovered she was pregnant yet again.
The birth of her daughter, Kiley Francesca Crane Deville, was enough to lift the woman’s spirits. She was happy and so in love with her newborn daughter. After a month with Kiley, Danna was ready to return to Los Angeles to her family, feeling much better about everything. Sadly, her happiness did not last. After only a month, right before she left, Kiley was kidnapped. Danna stuck around Paris an extra month in order to find Kiley, but failed in finding her. Finally, Christian and Alexis retrieved Danna from Paris and brought her home. It was a group effort for a little over a year to find Kiley, but no trace of the baby ever turned up.
As devastated as she was, Danna was not about to let herself fall back into depression. She kept herself up and running, determined to take Deville Industries back from Victoria and Renee. She got her old self back, partying and screwing around and torturing L.A. ruthlessly. She gained her evil reputation back in no time and keeping herself strong paid off in the end. Several years after the disappearance of Kiley, two more family members walked back into her life. Sadie returned from the dead, so to speak. She had never really died, but faked her death after saving Alexis in order to search for her father. Zourok, however, wanted nothing to do with Sadie anymore, something that greatly disappointed Sadie. Next was a man named Wilbur Sykes, a man who claimed to be the son of Christian Davek and Farrah Foster.
Danna hated the idea of being a grandmother and Christian’s repulsion of being a parent drove the boy away, but it pleased Danna, in a way, to see her family so big. She had her Sadie back now, though, something that helped ease the pain of Kiley’s disappearance, the way Kiley had appeased the pain of Sadie’s death. Her family seemed almost closer for a while. Things in Danna’s life never were known for staying good for long, though. Not even a year had passed before more sadness would hit Danna Deville. Her beloved and loyal coven member, Paul Vulcan, left the coven to join an enemy coven. He kept his promise of staying loyal and spilling no secrets, but his leaving triggered something horrible in Danna. After Zourok, she had sworn off love, and had been able to ignore her feelings for Paul until he was gone. She was in love with him -- madly so. When he left, so did Danna. She returned to Paris for several months, terrified that she had lost herself again…
Yet again, Alexis came in to bring Danna home. As the pair returned home, they were just in time to see the return of Paul. Danna tried not to be happy, tried to be mad, but it was impossible. Paul had brought a gift to make up for what he had done: a girl from the enemy coven to torture. Paul professed his love to her and as much as she didn’t want to, she couldn’t help but inform him of her mutual feelings. The pair made love and tortured the young girl together and Danna could honestly say she had never been so happy in her life.

Chapter Eight: Unsurprisingly, Danna found herself pregnant yet again. She had another son and named him after her beloved father and Paul’s father, calling their son Lucius Stephen Vulcan Deville. For a few years life remained happy and peaceful, but eventually it came time for the Vulcans to move, and Danna went with them. Leaving Christian and her other children behind, Danna followed the group to a place called Sarita. She named their home the Devil’s Lair, and tried to make things works. Sadly, Danna missed her other children and her coven and her life in Los Angeles. In one of the hardest decisions she’d made since leaving Zourok, Danna left Paul and Lucius in Sarita and went back to L.A. with Alexis. It was hard, but she managed to regain control of her company and got herself to move on.
For a few good years, Danna remained happily with her family in Los Angeles until a new opportunity came along. The company in New Orleans was in dyer need of help, causing Danna to pick up and move to New Orleans. They had a family home there, built by ancestor Andreas Deville hundreds of years prior. Only Christian and Hailey followed her there. Sadie saw it as an opportunity to “find” herself and was gone before Danna had even left. Alexis and Danna got into one of many huge arguments, resulting in Alexis fleeing to Paris as her mother had a tendency of doing. Then Dominic…He was tired of moving and so he decided to stay put and watch over the L.A. company. So with her two most loyal children, Danna moved into Hell House and began hard work on the New Orleans building.
Her first coven member upon moving was a woman named Sydney Crane who she made her personal secretary at the office. A month and a half after hiring her, Danna discovered that Sydney Crane was, in fact, her long lost daughter, Kiley Francesca Crane Deville.
